Eva Radl has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Eva began their career at Merz Pharmaceuticals as a Sales Assistant before transitioning to a role in HR. At Merz Pharmaceuticals, they played a crucial role in building the HR structure and implementing people development initiatives. Eva then moved to Metro Cash and Carry where they served as an HR Business Partner, providing support in various HR functions such as recruiting, labor law consulting, and employee engagement. Later, they took on the role of Head of Human Resources at Metro Cash and Carry, leading a team and overseeing strategic and operational HR activities. Currently, Eva holds the position of Head of Global Organizational Development & Employee Experience at Gebauer & Griller. In this role, they focus on change management, personnel and organizational development, and project management for global implementations. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Global Development & Transformation at the same company, and previously as the Head of HR at the GG Wires lead plant in Poysdorf. Eva Radl has a diverse education history. In 2001, they attended FH Campus02 Graz and obtained a degree in Marketing & Sales in 2005. Following this, in 2010, they enrolled at Universität für Weiterbildung Krems, where they completed their Master of Arts (MA) in Business Psychology in 2013.
In 2016, Eva obtained a certification in PI - Predictive Index from Personaldiagnostik. Eva also holds a certification in CAPTain Potenzialanalyse, which they obtained from ontalents in January 2014.
More recently, in 2018, Eva attended Dr. Kraus & Partner, where they pursued a degree as an Agile Coach & Transformation Consultant, specializing in change & transformation. Eva completed this program in 2019.
