Kim Fischer has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Kim started their career in 1994 as a Groom at Pacific Ridge Training and then took on the role of Mare & foal caretaker at North Star Farms in 1995-1996. From 1996 to 2004, they worked in administration at Cascade Veterinary Center. In 2008-2011, they gained experience as a Structural Engineering Intern at Structural Design & Associates. Kim then ventured into entrepreneurship and became the Owner of The Bella Bungalow from 2011 to 2017. During the same period, they also served as a Stockist at Annie Sloan Unfolded. In 2015-2020, Kim worked as a Licensed Realtor at Remax Town Center. Kim further expanded their real estate experience by working as a Real Estate Broker at Pacific NW Realty Services from 2020 to 2022. Most recently, they joined gearUP Sports, Inc. in 2017, where they first served as an Account Representative and then advanced to the role of Regional Sales Manager.

Kim Fischer attended Washington State University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Animal Sciences.
