Sydney Baker is an experienced Lean Director at FieldCore, having served in this role since December 2018, where responsibilities include coaching regional and global teams in Lean practices and championing accountability around business KPIs. Previously held roles at FieldCore include Global Quality Director for Renewable Energy, where Sydney led quality strategy and established a customer-focused culture, and as the Renewable Energy Field Quality Manager, the first in that position, creating the in-house Quality framework. Prior experience at GE involved leadership in customer improvement, supplier quality engineering, and campus recruiting efforts. The educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
