Edna Prashad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and staffing within the hospitality and staffing industries. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at GDKN since February 2014, Edna excels in establishing and maintaining professional client relationships while coordinating with various teams to meet customer expectations. Previously, as a Senior Lead Staffing Specialist, Edna was involved in all facets of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates, while also fostering long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Edna began their career as a Front Desk Agent/Receptionist at Princess Hotel and Casino Guyana from September 2010 to January 2013, gaining valuable experience in customer service. Edna holds a High School Diploma and certificates in Nursing from Coven Garden Secondary and Nursing School, completed between 1999 and 2008.
