David Winkelman has extensive experience in information technology and network management, highlighted by a leadership role as Vice President and Director at General Dynamics Information Technology. Prior positions include Principal Staff Member for IM and Area Manager of IT Operations within the same company. Additionally, David has served in the US Air Force as Chief of Network Management, Chief of Information Protection, and NCOIC of Network Management. David Winkelman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Internetworking from Strayer University, completed between 2002 and 2004.
