Gabriel Baptiste is an accomplished engineer specializing in sustainable food systems and plant chemistry, currently serving at GDI - Guyane Développement Innovation since March 2024. With prior experience as a project engineer at Polystyvert and as the operations director at Pyrocycle, Gabriel has demonstrated expertise in pilot line management, process optimization, and the design of pre-commercial units. Previous roles include research associate at Polytechnique Montreal, process engineer at Eramet Comilog Manganese, and quality technician at Labatt Breweries of Canada.
