Edward Parkin serves as General Counsel at Global Cloud Xchange since April 2023. Previously, Edward held the position of Associate General Counsel for Network Infrastructure at Meta from September 2021 to April 2023. Edward's legal career at Inmarsat spanned from 2009 to 2021, during which time Edward progressed from Senior Attorney to VP of Legal Affairs, contributing significantly on contract structure and procurement strategy for major satellite system projects as a member of the CTO leadership team. Prior legal experience includes roles at K&L Gates from 2004 to 2009 as a Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor. Edward holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, an LPC from Nottingham Law School, and an LLB from The University of Manchester.
