David Phipps has a background in horticulture and turf management with experience in golf course management. David currently works as a NW Region Field Staff Representative for the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America and is an Executive Board Member for Oregonians For Food & Shelter. Additionally, David has taught at Clackamas Community College and has held positions at Stone Creek Golf Club and The Oregon Golf Club.
