Andrea Naicker currently serves as a Principal Communication Officer at GCIS since July 2021, bringing extensive experience in communications and media. Prior to this role, Andrea worked for the South African Police Service from December 2015 to June 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Assistant Spokesperson for the DPCI and as a Communications Clerk. Andrea has also contributed as a Blogger and Writer since January 2015 and held various positions in marketing and project management early in the career. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Media Studies (cum laude) from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Media and Management from the University of KwaZulu Natal.
