Cameron Lawn has extensive experience in leadership and operations management within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as General Manager of GCI Group Australia since 2003, overseeing growth from startup to a company with over 120 staff and comprehensive services in Laser Cutting, Metal Fabrication, Powder Coating, and CAD Design. Prior to this, Cameron held the position of Estimator Manager at Abrasive Jet Machining from 1998 to 2003, focusing on estimations and the management of estimating and programming divisions. Cameron's career began as a Laser operator at Applied Laser from 1994 to 1998, where advancements led to the role of Production Manager, responsible for the 24-hour operations of Laser Cutting Facilities in Melbourne and Sydney while implementing systems and efficiency improvements.
