Lynda I. Pantoja, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Group Human Resources Director at GCG Group, providing strategic HR management advice and support to business units across the Caribbean and Latin America in various sectors including airline catering and ground handling services since November 2014. Prior to this role, Lynda operated as an Independent HR Consultant, delivering strategic HR solutions and project management services from January to October 2014. Lynda's extensive experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Sears Holdings Corporation and holding various HR and management positions at Kmart Corporation, OfficeMax, and Kmart Corporation from 1984 to 2009. Lynda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management with a marketing major from the University of Puerto Rico and multiple HR certifications, including SPHR and SHRM-SCP.
