Carol Anne Jackson is an experienced business development professional and owner of Girl Friday Results since April 2009, specializing in streamlining processes for businesses to enhance employee retention and ROI. Additionally, as an Event Coordinator for GCG Event Partners since January 2012, Carol has successfully managed over 23 local events. Previous roles include Estimator/Project Manager for Service First Fire Sprinkler, Administrative Assistant in the Fire Sprinkler Division at Midwestern Mechanical, and Window Sales and Service at Kitchens & Windows Unlimited, where more than 800 services were completed in under two years. Carol also served as Office Manager and Construction Supervisor at Window World of Sioux Falls, optimizing office operations and training other locations on the Market Sharp Lead System. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science in Abnormal Psychology & Drug and Alcohol Studies from the University of South Dakota and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the National College of Sioux Falls.
