Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, compliance, and business management. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include Owner/Manager at Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, Nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019, and University Lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching subjects such as applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food.
