Mercedes O'Connor currently serves as the Director of Sales for Northern Europe at GBTEC Group, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Mercedes was with Nintex from August 2018 to April 2024, initially as a Senior Account Executive and later as the Manager of Sales for Northern Europe, leading a team focused on educating professionals on process improvement and automation. Mercedes's earlier experience includes various account executive roles at Nintex Promapp and a position as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Hays. Additionally, Mercedes worked as a Legal Assistant at Ericsson, where responsibilities included analyzing vendor agreements. Education was completed at University College Dublin, obtaining a Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine.
