Rodney Chaplin is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in quality management and construction inspection. Currently serving as a Construction Inspector at GBA (George Butler Associates) since March 2019, Rodney has previously held key positions such as Project Manager at Miles Excavating, Inc. and Quality Manager at Premier Engineering Consultants, where contributions included overseeing the MoDOT project for the reconstruction of the I-35 interchange at Pleasant Valley Road and US-69. Further experience includes roles as Construction Manager at TranSystems and Engineering Technician with the Kansas Department of Transportation. Rodney holds a degree from Missouri University of Science and Technology, earned between 1994 and 1999.
