Marbely Velásquez has 12 years of experience in Human Resources. Marbely began their career in 2001 as an HR Specialist at Coca-Cola FEMSA. In 2007, they moved to Panalpina as the Country HR Manager. In 2014, they joined Global Shipping Agentes Navieros as the Gerente de Gestión de Talento Humano, and then moved to Global Shipping Agentes Navieros C.A. in the same role. In 2019, they joined GB Advisors, Inc. as the Human Talent Lead.

Marbely Velásquez completed their Licenciatura in Psicología Industrial from the Universidad Central de Venezuela between 1986 and 1993. Marbely then continued their education at the Universidad 'Santa María' where they obtained their Abogado degree in Leyes between 2016 and 2021. Marbely is currently enrolled at the Universidad 'Santa María' where they are pursuing their Especialista en Derecho Laboral in Leyes Laborales.
