Ольховский Николай has extensive work experience in software development department leadership roles. Ольховский is currently the Head of software development department at Gazprom-media, leading a team of over 90 people and holding the CTO role in the development of an online cinema platform with over 1 million clients. Ольховский is responsible for crisis management, redesigning the software development lifecycle management, auditing development teams, and designing resource management strategies. Prior to this, they served as the Deputy Chief Technical Officer at Open Digital Solutions and Head of a software development center at Rostelecom Information Technology, where they successfully managed teams of over 210 and 5 people respectively, implemented crisis management strategies, and improved company performance. Ольховский also held leadership positions at Jet Infosystem and Head-Point, where they led software development departments.

From 2002 to 2007, Ольховский Николай attended Astrakhan State Technical University (ASTU) where they studied Information Security.
