Socheata Morley, Ph.D., currently serves as a Research Coordinator at Gaylord Specialty Healthcare, where responsibilities include acting as Co-Primary Investigator or Co-Investigator on over 15 clinical research trials, overseeing clinical data management, and managing product development projects. Previously, at UConn Health, Morley held the title of Research Scientist, focusing on biophysical characterization of bacterial DNA replication proteins for antibiotic development, employing techniques such as NMR and SAX data analysis, and solving crystal structures. Morley also has experience as a Fellow at Canaan, where evaluations of neurodegenerative therapies were conducted, and held positions at Procter & Gamble and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Morley earned a Ph.D. in Biomedical Science with a focus on Structural Biology and Biophysics from The University of Connecticut Health Center and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Western Connecticut State University.
