Srihari Vennelaganti is a Chartered Accountant (qualified in 1980), and has more than 40 years of experience in the field of Finance & Accountancy and Corporate Governance in diversified sectors in India and overseas. Currently, he is engaged in Consultancy in Strategic Finance and Corporate Governance as an independent advisor. Previously, he has worked as Chief Financial Officer at various corporates involved in diverse activities such as software, manufacturing, mining, construction, etc. He has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f 14.02.2022.
