Benjamin Ng serves as an Associate Director at Gaw Capital since August 2023, having previously held the position of Senior Manager for Investment and Asset Management at Shangri-La Group from August 2019 to August 2023. Prior to that, Benjamin worked as a Senior Manager at Mapletree from June 2016 to July 2019, where significant achievements included the successful launch of CoQoons Coworking. Benjamin's earlier roles include Building Enhancement Team Manager at Resorts World Sentosa and Residence Manager at The Ascott Limited. Benjamin began a career in strategic planning as a Senior Executive at Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Investment and Development Co., Ltd. Benjamin holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
