Jukka Brandt has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jukka is currently the R&D Director & Co-Founder at Join Story Oy since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Gavon Finland as CEO & Co-Founder, where they were responsible for a range of tasks including sales management, purchasing, HR, and billing. Jukka also worked at Microsoft as an Agile Coach and SW Agile Product Owner, where they implemented agile methods in software development and led a team for PC software development. Before that, they held roles at Nokia as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Test automation developer, and SW design engineer, working on both PC and mobile phone software. Jukka began their career as a Field test trainee at Nokia Japan Ltd, where they gained experience in field testing, software testing, and testing automation.

Jukka Brandt completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science/Embedded Systems from Polytechnics of Turku, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued their studies at the University of Oulu, specializing in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians, from 1992 to 1998. Additionally, Jukka Brandt holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Master, obtained from the Scrum Alliance.
