Heidi Reynolds is a seasoned professional in public health and evaluation, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Evaluation and Learning at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance since October 2019. In this role, Heidi focuses on filling critical evidence gaps through Learning Hubs in Gavi-supported countries. Previously, Heidi held various leadership positions at the Carolina Population Center, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, including Project Director for the Data for Impact project and Director for Evaluation, where significant contributions were made to health information systems and health outcomes through data utilization. Earlier experience includes a strategic role as Deputy Director for HIV and other Infectious Diseases at MEASURE Evaluation and as a Scientist at Family Health International. Heidi holds a PhD in Maternal and Child Health, an MPH in Health Behavior and Health Education, and a BA in Anthropology and Sociology.
