Charity T. has a diverse work experience in the field of auditing and management. Charity started their career as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte in 2003, where they gained expertise in audit planning, financial statement review, and client liaison. Charity then moved on to PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate and later joined the Government of Bermuda as an Internal Audit Manager. In 2014, Charity pursued an MBA at Aston Business School, where they graduated with distinction and organized a team for a prestigious competition. Charity then worked as a Lead Auditor at The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria before joining Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance as the Head of Programme Audit in 2018.
Charity T. obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Makerere University in 2003. In 2005, they received certification as a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) from the ACCA. In 2014, Charity pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Aston Business School, specializing in Technology-led service strategy and Creative Decision Making. In 2015, they participated as an MBA exchange student for the Decision Analysis module at Mannheim Business School. Additionally, Charity completed an Accounting program at the Management Accountancy Training (MAT) Institute in 2004.
