Ian Norton has a strong background in software development and engineering. Ian is currently working as a Software Developer at Gavant Software, where they specialize in custom software development and consulting. Prior to this, Ian worked at SKS Bottle & Packaging, Inc. as a Senior Developer for over a year. Before that, they gained experience as a Software Engineer and Technical Services Associate at Ithos Global. Ian also spent several years as a Software Engineer at AHAlife. Ian started their career in the field as a Software Developer at Kaptur, where they developed and maintained frameworks on a LAMP stack and implemented client-facing interfaces. Ian has a diverse background, having also worked as a Bookseller at Barnes & Noble, a Photography Lab Technician at Price Chopper, and a Computer Science Tutor at Adirondack Community College.

Ian Norton obtained an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Adirondack Community College from 2002 to 2004. Subsequently, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at Stony Brook University.
