Ross Carlin is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as an Executive Chef at Gather & Gather since January 2017, Ross has previously held the position of Head Chef at Hartleys restaurant from February 2008 to December 2016, along with roles as Sous Chef and Senior Chef de Partie. Prior to that, Ross worked as a Chef de Partie at Gastro Pub and spent a significant period at Silver Tassie pub/restaurant, starting as a Commis Chef and advancing to Chef de Partie. Ross's foundation in culinary arts was established at Catering College Sallynoggin after education at Presentation College Glasthule.
