Marcelo Schmitz is an experienced chef with a diverse culinary background spanning over a decade. Since August 2019, Marcelo has been working as a Chef at Gather & Gather, alongside managing a personal chef business since July 2009. Previous roles include Head Chef at 64 Wine and Two Fifty Square, where Marcelo oversaw multiple venues and managed kitchen operations, staff, and menu development. As a Restaurant Consultant at One Society, Marcelo provided expertise for a new venue in Dublin. Additional experience includes positions at The Greenhouse Restaurant, Dylan Hotel Dublin, and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, involving various responsibilities in kitchen management and food preparation in high-pressure environments.
