Jenna Andelman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jenna is currently the Executive Director at New England Justice for Our Neighbors, starting in October 2021. Prior to this, Jenna held a position as a Trustee and VP of Finance at Gateways: Access to Jewish Education from September 2010. Jenna was responsible for advocating for and overseeing a new budgeting process to address financial challenges. From 2007 to 2008, Jenna worked as a Managing Consultant at Measuring Success, LLC, where they specialized in providing strategic consulting services to non-profit clients. Additionally, Jenna held multiple roles at the Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation between 2001 and 2006, including Manager of Financial Strategy and Division Administrator for Transplant Surgery and Gastrointestinal and Endocrine Surgery. Jenna also gained experience as an Administrative Fellow at Northwestern Memorial Hospital from 2000 to 2001, where they worked on strategic and operational initiatives. Before that, Jenna started their career at ACT Medical, Inc., where they worked as a Project Engineer and later became a Quality/Regulatory Associate.
Jenna Andelman has an extensive education history. Jenna attended Hebrew College from 1986 to 1990, followed by Newton South High School from 1986 to 1991. Jenna then pursued their undergraduate studies at Harvard University from 1991 to 1995, earning an AB degree. Later on, Jenna pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, completing their studies from 1998 to 2000.
