Jackie Marcoux is an experienced Knowledge Management Consultant at Southern New Hampshire University, responsible for managing essential information for staff and advancing knowledge sharing across departments. Additionally, Jackie serves as an Adjunct Professor, teaching various courses while also providing academic advising to support student success.
