Holly Heafner, RHIT, has extensive experience in health information management, currently serving as an inpatient and outpatient coder at Gateway Regional Medical Center since January 2015. Previously, Holly worked as an ROI Specialist at Gateway from June 2014 to January 2015 and as a phlebotomist at Jersey Community Hospital from October 2012 to June 2014. Holly holds an Associate of Science degree in Health Information/Medical Records Technology/Technician from Southwestern Illinois College, obtained between 2012 and 2014, and an Associate of Science degree in Medical Billing and Coding from Lewis and Clark Community College, completed from 2006 to 2012.
