Sarah Rhodebeck is an accomplished executive in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as the Executive Director of Association Childcare Services at Gateway Region YMCA since January 2013. Prior roles include Executive Director overseeing multiple YMCA facilities, where significant budget management and operational leadership were demonstrated. Earlier experience includes the Associate Vice President of Operations at YMCA of Southwest Illinois, managing branch operations and staff. Sarah's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Fontbonne University, equipping their with the skills to effectively lead and develop community programs and services.
