Mathieu Cuny has extensive work experience in software development and engineering. Mathieu started their career in 2001 as a Developer at Thales for Astek. Mathieu later worked at Sagem for Astek as a Developer from 2002 to 2006. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Developer at Thales Communication for Genigraph. Mathieu then joined Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking - SGCIB, working for Genigraph as a Developer in 2011 and 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Developer at Eutelsat for Softeam Cadextan. Mathieu joined Softeam Cadextan as an Ingénieur Concepteur C++ / Python in 2006 and worked there until 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Developer at ENEDIS (ex ERDF) for Softeam Cadextan and also held the role of Scrum Master / Lead Developer at ARMATURE Technologies. Currently, they are employed at GATEWATCHER as a Lead Software Developer.

Mathieu Cuny attended Lycée Franklin Roosevelt in Reims from 1995 to 1998, where they pursued a CPGE (Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Écoles) in PCSI/PSI. Following this, they enrolled at ENSIIE - École Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique pour l'Industrie et l'Entreprise from 1998 to 2001, completing a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Ingénierie informatique. In November 2015, they obtained a Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance.
