Heidi K. Ruckriegle serves as Compliance, Employment & Litigation Counsel at Gates Corporation since August 2023 and is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado Law School, teaching a course on the evolution of whistleblower laws. In addition to these roles, Ruckriegle is a Board Member for LAW SCHOOL…Yes We Can!, which mentors diverse college freshmen interested in legal careers, and for the Colorado Fourteeners Initiative, an organization focused on preserving Colorado's high peaks. Ruckriegle has previous experience as Business Integrity Counsel at Western Union and as a Senior Associate at WilmerHale, along with various positions including Law Clerk to Justice Gregory J. Hobbs, Jr. at the Colorado Supreme Court. Educational credentials include a JD and LLM from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, and a degree in Spanish from the University of Colorado Boulder.
