Andrea Pellanda has extensive experience in restaurant management, currently serving as Geschäftsführer at Two Spice since February 2019, where responsibilities include strategic and operational management with comprehensive P&L accountability for a restaurant serving over 800 customers daily, as well as the selection, leadership, and development of a team of 13 employees. Prior to this role, Andrea Pellanda managed Ospena Group AG from March 2010 to July 2018, also with full P&L responsibility and oversight of a budget, while leading a team of 18. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and related services from the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons, along with additional training in finance and restaurant management from various institutions.
