Katerina Pettitt is a Principal at Gate One since November 2018, providing advisory support to global organizations on change management using the ChAgile® methodology. Katerina leads the ChAgile® and Change Management practice, overseeing a team dedicated to developing the methodology and enhancing service capabilities. Prior roles at Gate One include Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant, where Katerina successfully managed recruitment initiatives and designed customer service functions for various clients. Prior to Gate One, Katerina worked at IBM as a Senior Strategy Consultant, focusing on operating model design and business change strategies for the telecommunications and public sector. Katerina began their career with roles in PR and marketing at Hi-Spirits and in customer development at Mars. Katerina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from the University of Warwick and completed A Levels at Surbiton High School.
