Renske Heersma currently serves as an ������𾱻徱�Բ�������ö���徱�Բ��ٴǰ� at Gasunie since August 2024. Prior to this role, Renske worked as a Trainee Wijkmakers at Nijestee from September 2023 to April 2024 and contributed as a change agent in sustainable employability and vitality at Beatrixoord Arbeid from September 2022 to September 2023. Renske's earlier experiences include an HR internship at ZINN, an HR internship at Menzis, and a trainee position at Pro Students Uitzendbureau. Renske holds a Master of Science degree in Healthy Ageing Professional from Hanze (2023), a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Groningen (2022), and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Hanze (2021). Renske completed secondary education at Christelijke Scholengemeenschap Het Streek in Ede (2017).
