Pauline Sterenborg has extensive experience in the dental field and business management. Currently serving as a Business Partner at Gastvrijheid in Bedrijf since January 2022 and as the owner of PBS Advies, which focuses on advisory, coaching, and training for dental practices, Pauline has made significant contributions to the industry. Previously, Pauline worked for nearly three decades at Tandartsenpraktijk Gildenwijk, where responsibilities included general dentistry, practice management, staff coordination, and substantial growth of the practice. Additionally, Pauline held a position as a university lecturer at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, educating dental students. Educational qualifications include a dentistry degree from the University of Groningen and various certifications, including NLP practitioner training and trainer education.
