Paul Heimburger is an experienced professional in the engineering and design fields, currently serving as Drafter III at Gas Transmission Systems, Inc. since February 2021. Previous roles include Mechanical/Piping Designer at ESDC Engineering, where Paul designed petroleum storage facilities, and Regional CAD Manager at Brown and Caldwell, overseeing project resources and ensuring quality standards. Paul has a strong background in water and wastewater treatment design, having worked as a Process Piping Designer and Assistant Civil Detailer in respected firms. Paul’s career began with roles in CAD design and inspection, complemented by an educational foundation in Civil CAD Technology from Glendale Community College and studies at Southeast Missouri State University and Missouri University of Science and Technology.
