Donncha O'Sullivan is a Chartered Engineer at the Institute of Engineers Ireland since August 2012 and has served as a Senior Development Liaison Engineer at Gas Networks Ireland since August 2003, focusing on the protection of the GNI Network from third-party damage risks. Previously, Donncha O'Sullivan was a Contract/Engineering Manager at Coleman Tunnelling from January 1990 to September 1996, managing tunnelling contracts. Donncha O'Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from University College Dublin, completed in 1988.
