Larry Manuel, M.S. in Early Childhood Studies, is a dedicated founder of Action in Kindness, Inc., where efforts focus on alleviating poverty. With extensive experience in leadership, Manuel manages Gas Express LLC and owns Manuel Services, offering a wide range of services including advertising and customer service since 2001. As an adjunct instructor and GED Test Administrator at Central Georgia Technical College, Manuel contributes to education until May 2024. Previously, as Executive Director of Charity Benevolent Fund, Inc., from 2012 to 2023, the mission centered on raising awareness about community necessities and preventing foreclosure. Larry Manuel holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Aspen University and a Graduate Certificate in Teaching History from Northwestern College, alongside a Master’s in Early Childhood Studies and a Bachelor’s in Urban Studies/Affairs.
