Santhosh Ramdoss is an experienced leader in impact investing and philanthropy, currently serving as President & CEO and Chief Investment Officer at Gary Community Ventures since July 2020, where oversight includes an extensive Impact Investment portfolio. Previously, Santhosh held significant roles at the Skoll Foundation and the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, focusing on initiatives in financial inclusion and livelihoods in India. Santhosh has also served on the boards of various organizations including BASIX Sub-K iTransactions Ltd., Skillveri Training Solutions, and iMerit Technology, while playing a key role in scaling BRAC's microfinance efforts in Uganda. Educational qualifications include an MPA in International Development from New York University, an MBA in Finance from Bharathidasan Institute of Management, and executive education in negotiations from Harvard Business School.
