Willie Hernandez serves as an Executive Partner at Gartner since January 2025. Previously, Willie held the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel, International at The Coca-Cola Company from April 2022 to December 2024, overseeing legal support across 200 countries and territories. Willie's experience includes leadership roles at Meta as Head of Legal for both Messenger and the Facebook App, focusing on regulatory compliance and data use. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Willie served as VP and Deputy General Counsel, providing comprehensive legal support for Aruba and HPE's hardware and services business units. Willie's legal career began at Jackson Walker LLP as a Litigation Associate before progressing through key roles at Amazon Lab126 and IBM, where Willie managed global legal affairs and supported technology services in various international markets. Willie holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
