Charu Choudhary currently serves as a Managing Partner at Gartner, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Charu was a Senior Manager at EY from January 2012 to January 2024, specializing in strategy and transformation within the Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry. This experience involved developing digital strategies and roadmaps for P&C transformation, focusing on areas such as policy, claims, billing, and pricing, as well as application modernization, cloud migration, and data analytics for both B2C and B2B applications. Earlier in the career, Charu worked as an Information Analyst at Mphasis and as a Software Engineer at Birlasoft (India) Limited and Accenture Services. Charu holds a BTech degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Jaypee University of Information Technology, completed in 2006, and attended Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram.
