Emma Callender is an experienced events specialist currently working at Garrison since February 2024. Previously, Emma held the position of Senior Event Executive and Event Executive at MOI Global from February 2018 to February 2024. Emma's career began at Best Western Hotels GB as a Meeting and Event Coordinator from November 2016 to February 2018, following an internship as a Hospitality Business Development Executive at the University of South Wales. Early event coordination experience includes a role as Assistant Conference and Events Coordinator at the University of South Wales Conference Centre, where tasks included assisting with significant events such as the NATO 2014 summit. Emma also served as Social Secretary for the USW Hockey Club and gained initial experience as a Waitress at the Europa Hotel. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Events Management from the University of South Wales, completed in 2015.
