Drew Estes has over 14 years of experience in the spirits industry. In 2006, they began their career as North Central Regional Sales Manager at White Rock Distilleries. Drew then moved to Proximo Spirits in 2007 as Regional Sales Director for Ohio, Virginia and West Virginia. In 2009, Estes returned to White Rock Distilleries as Regional Sales Manager for Ohio, Kentucky, Iowa and West Virginia. In 2012, they became Midwest Control States Regional Sales Manager at Western Spirits. Estes then moved to Edrington Americas in 2013 as Central Division Control States - Regional Manager. In 2016, they became Midwest Region Manager at Don Sebastiani & Sons. In 2018, Estes was appointed Vice President - National Sales Manager at Two Sons Imports - Cantera Negra Tequilas. In 2019, they were promoted to Director, Sales at Restless Spirits Distilling Company. In 2021, Estes joined Phusion Projects as Control States RM and Spirits Sales Manager - Control States. Drew is currently the Director - Control States & Midwest at Garrison Brothers Distillery.

Drew Estes attended Wright State University from 1998 to 2000, where they earned a BS in Economics and Finance. Prior to that, they attended Bowling Green State University from 1995 to 1996, studying Business/Managerial Economics. Drew also attended The University of Toledo, though no information is provided regarding the duration of their attendance.
