Adina Firu, PMP®, currently serves as the Sustainability Program Manager at Garrett - Advancing Motion since September 2023. Adina has extensive experience in program and project management, previously holding the position of Senior Program Manager at Oracle, focusing on Strategic Programs and Enablement for SaaS Customer Success EMEA from April 2022 to March 2023. Prior to that role, Adina contributed as a Senior Program Manager for Global PMO at Bitdefender and served in various capacities at Oracle, including Project Manager within the Sales and Partner Academy. Adina's earlier professional background includes roles as a Trainer at Innerlook and ILearn Retail and as a Sales Process and Decision Support Trainer at Hewlett Packard. Adina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages from the University of Bucharest and is pursuing an MBA at the UNESCO Chair in Interculturality.
