David Kerr is an experienced engineering professional with a background in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and radio frequency (RF) technologies. Currently serving as the Lead EMC Engineering Technician at Garmin since February 2020, David has previously held positions as a Sr. RF Technician at Shaffer Communications and as a Manufacturing Line Technician at Teledyne Isco. David's earlier career includes roles as a Provisioning Engineer at AT&T and as an RF Technician at First Wireless Inc, in addition to serving as Vice President at Phones Plus, Inc. David's education includes a focus on electronics from Southeast Community College.
