Patrick Brinkley is an experienced substation mechanic, currently employed at Garland Power & Light since January 2016. Previously, Patrick worked as a substation mechanic at Entergy. Patrick holds educational credentials from the University of Louisiana Monroe, where studies took place from 2004 to 2005.
