Ethan Frank currently serves as Senior Associate Director at Gardiner & Theobald Inc. since February 2023. Previously, Ethan held the position of Senior Business Project Manager at William Blair from February 2021 to February 2023, focusing on capital projects. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at ConopCo Project Management, handling commercial construction projects as an independent third-party Owner's Representative from January 2018 to February 2021. Ethan's career at William Blair began in October 2015 as Facilities Associate, where significant contributions were made to a 360,000 SF headquarters build-out in downtown Chicago. Earlier roles include Property Manager at Fulton Grace Realty, Corporate Real Estate Advisor at DTZ, and Facilities Operations and Planning Manager at Fay Servicing, LLC. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government, Cum Laude, from St. Lawrence University, where involvement included serving as NCAA Division I Women's Ice Hockey Equipment Manager.
