Cristina Cordero is an accomplished landscape architect with extensive experience in project management and construction oversight. Currently serving as Associate Director and Senior Project Manager at Gardiner & Theobald Inc. since April 2018, Cristina leads pre-construction services and has developed a significant $200MM construction estimate for the East Side Coastal Resiliency project. Previous roles include Project Manager at SiteWorks, where responsibilities encompassed construction phasing and scheduling for large-scale projects, as well as various project management and design positions at Deborah Nevins & Associates, SiteWorks Landscape Architecture, Dauerflora USA Inc., and GB & Associates. Cristina holds a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from Florida International University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Environmental Design from the Universidad de Puerto Rico. An exchange program at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México further enriched academic credentials.
