Sanjeev Batta began their career in 1995 as a Software Engineer at AVL. In 1996, they moved to Astera Software as an Architect. In 1998, they became the Director of Application Development at Firstsource.com, where they managed the application development for a venture funded startup. In 2002, they were a Consultant at Labor and Industries, where they visioned and architected critical systems in claims management. In 2010, they became the CIO and Cofounder of Claim-Maps LLC, where they developed the next generation operational analytics cloud-plaform for worker compensation and long running processes. In 2013, they founded Gardiant, a software as a service startup, and served as the Founder and CEO. In 2018, they founded Brightsteps, an behavioral nudge tool and developmental milestone tracker for early childhood screenings, activities and memories.
Sanjeev Batta's education history is as follows: from 1980 to 1988 they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they completed their High School in General. From 1988 to 1990 they attended Delhi Public School, Ghaziabad, where they completed their High School in Science. From 1991 to 1995 they attended Punjabi University, where they completed their Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science.
